One of the simplest and tastiest ways of enjoying Truffle is with cheese.

You simply shave a thin slice of soft cheese and eat it on a savoury biscuit.

If you're feeling adventurous try buying a well made Brie , slice it in half.

Then shave Truffle into the centre. close it up, wrap it in glad wrap and leave it in the fridge for a week.

The Truffle will infuse into the cheese........ delicious!
